Return policy

For skincare and cosmetics products, please email our Customer Services Team at contact@ohbeautydirect.com with your order number, contact information and reason for return or exchange. For all returns with unopened products, there is a $5.95 shipping and handling fees. For opened or used products, there is a 15% restocking fees. All parts of the products must be returned and products contain less than 50% can't be returned.

For beauty devices, if the item is new and unopened, with all the original accessories, packaging and manufacturing seals intact, you will be eligible for a full refund. Unfortunately, we can not accept opened devices. Please note that we are unable to refund any delivery or postage costs incurred.

Upon authorization of your return request, please use the pre-paid shipping label provided by Customer Services.

Please return your item to us by recorded delivery (you can do this at your local post office or postal center). Please keep your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage. Make sure your items are wrapped securely, preferably in the same outer packaging you received them in.

We’ll be in touch within 4-5 working days of receipt of your package with your refund, replacement or exchange details.

Once we’ve got your items, we’ll check them and process the return as quickly as possible. For refunds, we’ll reimburse you using your original payment method within 4-5 business days. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 30 working days for processing.
